Anjli Mohindra

Anjli Mohindra played the aspiring journalist Rani Chandra in Doctor Who spin-off The Sarah Jane Adventures from 2008 to 2011. She reprised the role on audio in 2022’s The Eighth of March: Protectors of Time, followed by her own series, Rani Takes on the World, in 2023. Mohindra has played a number of other characters across Big Finish’s ranges, and also appeared in 2020 Doctor Who episode Nikola Tesla’s Night of Terror as the Skithra Queen. Her other TV credits include BBC police drama Vigil and Sky science fiction series The Lazarus Project.
